What is a Bootcamp workout?

Our bootcamps are high-energy, coach-led training sessions designed to build strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Each workout combines functional movements, bodyweight exercises, and sports-focused drills for maximum results.

Are the workouts sport-specific?

No, our sessions are designed to build all-around athleticism—speed, agility, strength, and stamina—that benefit athletes in any sport.

What are Small Group Adult Bootcamps?

These 45–60 minute workouts are open to adults of all fitness levels. Groups are kept small (so you get attention and coaching) and are offered Monday–Thursday at 3–4pm and 4–5pm.

Can I train 1-on-1 with a coach?

Yes. Our training sessions are scheduled on demand to fit your goals and availability. Perfect for athletes or adults wanting personalized attention.

Do I need prior training experience?

Not at all. All workouts are scalable. Coaches adapt exercises to fit your age, fitness level, and goals.

What should I bring to a session?

Athletes and adults should bring: Athletic shoes, water bottle, and a positive attitude and readiness to work hard

How do I sign up?

You can register directly through our website’s booking page or contact us to reserve a spot. Spots are limited to ensure quality coaching.

What is the cost?

Prices are $35/group session or $70/private session. There is a $50 initiation fee for an initial assessment that is credited after the first five sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be completed through the website for a full refund with at least 24 hours notice.

What qualifications do you have?

Hands on training, in person class time, NPTI certified as well as Nationally certified with ACE, and many hours with extra training required to keep my certification up to date every 2 years. CPR certified.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, I operate a legal business and am insured.
